Established in 1979 and located in East Los Angeles, California. Prats has played an integral role in the design and development for many of the leading builders, developers and hospitality firms throughout California and Nevada.

Leonel Prats / AIA
President/Founder
As the firms principal designer, Leo Prats is responsible for the initial conception of all projects. His firsthand collaboration with clients ensures that their functional and aesthetic requirements are met. Leo oversees emerging documents while integrating all phases of the construction process.
Leo has been practicing architecture since 1979. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern California Institute of Architecture.
In his role as President, Leo directs the strategic planning of the firm and personally selects all subcontractors to ensure quality and performance is of tall order. His detailed knowledge of the architectural and construction industries provides valuable assistance to owners and developers on such diversified projects as office buildings, equipment and laboratory facilities, restaurants, banks, data processing centers and industrial plants.
Complimenting Leo’s vast experience in such diverse disciplines is his reputation of integrity, affording him broad access and influence in the representation of the firms’ clients as it pertains to government agencies. His commitment to ethical business practices has earned him much esteem, resulting in a client list of prominent individuals and corporations.
